Our story

We didn’t open another coffee shop

We built a world — chemistry-lab interiors, molecular drinks and a kitchen that takes the food as seriously as the theme.

It started in lockdown. Founder Harsh Gupta— an actor, writer and director from New Delhi — was deep in a Breaking Bad binge when the idea landed: a café that dropped you straight into Heisenberg’s world.

In 2020the first lab opened in Karkardooma, and Breakin’ Brew became India’s first Breaking Bad–inspired café. Since then it’s grown into three labs across Delhi–NCR, a 4.7★ reputation across 12,000+ reviews, and a fourth lab on the way in Dwarka.

The theme gets people through the door. What brings them back is the food — a world-cuisine menu run by a 20-year executive chef — and a team guests keep naming in their reviews by name.

Founder

An actor, writer and director from New Delhi. He dreamt up Breakin' Brew binge-watching Breaking Bad in lockdown, and runs it on one rule: food quality and service come first.
